2017 apple mac pro3/7/2023 ![]() I am seeking some for some input on which cards will help me the most and for bang for the buck without breaking the bank I have two of these machine to upgrade. I run a Virtual machine Windows 10 where I use Catia, Flexisign, Enroute and some CAD / CAM and Rip Software for Wide format Printing. I primarily use Photoshop, Illustrator, AutoCAD, FormZ on OS X. I do not game and as mentioned DV is on the bottom of my list of software that I use. Seriously, I can't find anything not pertaining to gaming or video editing. ***I'm in the process of upgrading to (2) 38" Ultrawide WQHD displays and I'm looking for a monitor card(s) that would perform well with these monitors and still give me an auxiliary out or the ability to keep my OEM card due to the start up screen issues. (2) 24" Monitors and a Cintiq that I swap out between my computers. I'm currently running a Sierra on Mac Pro 2.6mhzĢ x 2.4 GHz Quad-Core Intel Xeon Now ->12 core 3.46 Everything reviewed is pertaining to gaming or video production which is on the bottom of my list of what I want new video cards for. I can't find any supporting info on new plug and play cards. ![]() ![]() I see that pretty much that the best two cards that are OEM flashed and that were sold by Apple are the Quadro k5000 and the AMD 7950 Sapphire Mac edition for the 4, 8 12 core processor Mac Pros circa 2008-2011. I have a few questions pertaining to video cards.
